Family Service Worker – Pittsfield/Warner Head Start – Full-time – 35 hours per week during the school year. Provides family support and home visits. Partners with families to identify strengths, needs and goals. Responsible for maintaining required records including health and social services. Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Human Services or in a related field with a credential/certification in social work, human services, family services or counseling. Full-Time ServiceLink Information/Referral Caregiver Coordinator- Position is responsible for linking individuals who need assistance to appropriate service providers, and/or supplies descriptive information about the agencies or organizations which offer services. Position provides person centered needs assessments, counseling and referrals, grant funding, long-term tracking based on consumer needs and preferences for caregivers in Merrimack County. The I&R Caregiver Coordinator assists with program operations. Position supports Program Manager with data for reporting to state and federal compliance. Strong communication skills and teamwork are vital to maintaining positive relationships with colleagues throughout the SLRC, Elder Service Department as well as other Community Action Program programs. Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, are essential to insuring accuracy in the overall management of records in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Responsible for making home visits for homebound clients as needed. Responsible to develop and maintain regular, scheduled outreach route in those towns and cities served by the area center. Responsible to assist the Area Manager in maintaining accurate up-to-date records of the Area Center operations, programs, activities and client listing. Responsible to assists the Area manager in operating and maintaining an Emergency Food Closet. Two years job related experience in human/social services preferred. Administrative Assistant - Entry level, part-time, (25 hours per week)  for the Warner Area Center. Responsible for answering the phone, information and referral to appropriate agency and outside resources to meet needs, set up appointments for programs processed in the Area Center and send letters. Review for accuracy and completeness all paperwork and documentation submitted for applications, assist with food pantry donations and distributions, assist with reports and spreadsheets needed for Area Center activity. Strong communication/customer service skills, computer knowledge of Windows based software and ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision.High school graduate. Maintenance Technician - Full-Time to perform general upkeep and maintenance of Administrative Offices occupied at 2 Industrial Park Drive buildings one & two including all other program space and off site storage space. General maintenance and repair of minor fixtures, and items in office, including painting, shoveling and light carpentry. Responsible, hardworking, dependable and motivated individual with experience required. Able to lift up to 40 lbs and use small equipment/tools.Must have reliable source of transportation.
