Mid-State Regional Mobility Manager - Seeking a Full-time Mobility Manager who is skilled in marketing/advertising/recruitment in the human service sector. You will collaborate on initiatives that enhance transportation options in Region 3: Belknap, Merrimack (excluding Hooksett) Hillsborough counties and the town of Deering. You will facilitate coordinated services, engage stakeholders and educate the public as you serve as the liaison to state and local transit groups. You must be comfortable with small and large group presentations, developing and planning activities that engage the partnership both locally and statewide. Bachelor Degree with three to five years’ experience. Transportation experience helpful but not necessary. You must be skilled with Microsoft Office suite, ability to communicate effectively, facilitate groups and work independently. Requirements: valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Volunteer Driver Program Coordinator - Part-time (20 hrs/wk). Responsible for operating and maintaining a Volunteer Driver Program in Belknap and Merrimack Counties. Recruits, trains and supervise volunteer drivers. Enforces regulations and procedures associated with the vehicle of driver, driver and passenger safety. Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus in human service, public relations or transportation. Experience working with older adults and/or adults with disabilities. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time, network with a variety of organizations and committees, work effectively with diverse groups. Excellent communication, public speaking, writing and computer skills a must. Satisfactory completion of criminal and motor vehicle record checks. Home Visitor - Full year, Full time position – Work with prenatal women and children ages birth to 3 years. Responsible for ongoing family support and weekly home visits. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related. Prior related experience preferred. Maintenance Technician - Full-Time to perform general upkeep and maintenance of Administrative Offices occupied at 2 Industrial Park Drive buildings one & two including all other program space and off site storage space. General maintenance and repair of minor fixtures, and items in office, including painting, shoveling and light carpentry. Responsible, hardworking, dependable and motivated individual with experience required. Able to lift up to 40 lbs and use small equipment/tools. Must have reliable source of transportation. Valid NH driver’s license required with insurance coverage of $100,000 to $300,000. Must maintain a current DOT medical card. 37.5 hours/week. Excellent benefits.
