In 2006 The Fixit program had 100 regular volunteers and about 250 special volunteers. Regular volunteers are available during the week days (they are
retired) or on weekends (not retired). These men and women make up the heart
and soul of the program. In 2006 they contributed over 4000 hours of
voluntary work. Who are our Regular Volunteers? Regulars and their Backgrounds Special volunteers do specific tasks only a few times a year. They are usually men and women still in the work world or students from local church groups or schools. In 2007 the specials contributed hundreds or work hours to help those in need.
