The agency provides a wide array of services that target the needs of all ages. Our child development and the Women, Infants and Children programs offer services from pregnancy through 5 years of age. A number of services are provided for older adults in many of our communities in Belknap and Merrimack Counties. We offer numerous health & wellness, nutrition & socialization, health maintenance, educational opportunities, volunteerism, recreation, housing and transportation services. Our agency assists more than 5000 families to help meet their energy costs.

More than 70 programs are available to low-income individuals and families throughout the two counties at our 6 Outreach Offices, 9 Senior Centers, 11 Affordable Housing sites and 6 Child Development Centers. Economic and Workforce Development staff is co-located at 2 locations within our two county areas.
