NH Security Deposit Loan Guarantee Program This program provides a security deposit guarantee to landlords for income-eligible individuals/families to assist in securing housing in the Laconia area. It is a loan program that the applicant agrees to repay on a monthly basis. When the security deposit amount has been collected, it is forwarded to the landlord. In the event of default, any claim by the landlord for payment of the security deposit is paid for from funds guaranteed by the State of New Hampshire.
