Senior Community Service Employment Program

SCSEP is a community service and work based program for older workers. The program is available for individuals 55 years of age and older who meet financial eligibility guidelines.

The program provides participants part-time work-based training in a wide variety of community service activities at non-profit and public facilities, including day-care centers, senior centers, schools and hospitals. The placements average 20 hours a week, and are paid minimum wage. It is intended that these community service experiences serve as a bridge to other employment positions that are not supported with Federal funds.

This program services individuals from Belknap, Merrimack, and Rockingham Counties.
