Part-Time Kitchen Assistant For Suncook Senior Center - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday —10 hours per week. Hours will be approximately 11:00am-2:30pm, depending on the day. Help serve mid-day community dining meal to seniors and perform other kitchen duties, including clean-up. Rate is $9.01/hr. Please contact Suncook SC manager Kelly Urban at 485-4254. Program Assistant/Data Entry Specialist - Twenty-nine (29) hours/week position for Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. in Concord to assist in the administration and management duties in the Homeless and Family Housing Department to include oversight of the intake and approval functions of the agency’s Security Deposit Guarantee Program, Homeless Housing Revolving Loan Fund, Emergency Assistance Program and Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program. Provide clerical support for these programs including applications, correspondence, purchase orders, and interaction with participants. Prepare and maintain recordkeeping system and collection of data statistics for input into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for all programs for funding requests and reports. Strong communication and writing skills, computer knowledge of Windows based software and ability to work efficiently under pressure. AA degree in social services or equivalent experience helpful. Own, reliable transportation with personal insurance coverage of $100,000-$300,000 is required. Salary range $12.00 to $14.00 per hour. Janitor - Full-Time to perform general upkeep and maintenance of Administrative Offices occupied at 2 Industrial Park Drive buildings one & two including all other program space and off site storage space. General maintenance and repair of minor fixtures, and items in office, including painting, shoveling and light carpentry. Responsible, hardworking, dependable and motivated individual with experience required. Able to lift up to 40 lbs and use small equipment/tools. Must have reliable source of transportation. Valid NH driver’s license required with insurance coverage of $100,000 to $300,000. Must maintain a current DOT medical card. 37.5 hours/week. Health Services Coordinator-Head Start/Early Head Start Laconia/Franklin - Full-time position, 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include developing, implementing and coordinating the health and nutrition areas of the program, staff and parent education and home visiting. Performs hearing, vision and other required screenings for toddlers and preschoolers. Acts as a resource and support for teaching staff and provides health related trainings to staff. Experience working with young children and families required. Background in nursing or health education required. LPN or RN with pediatric/maternal-child health experience preferred. WIOA Career Navigator - Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is seeking to hire a Career Navigator in Laconia to provide employment counseling, career assessment, case management and follow-up services to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) customers. Candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education or Human Services and 3-5 years career counseling and case management experience working with customers from varied backgrounds and ethnicities in a collaborative team setting required. An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the skills, knowledge, and ability required for this position may substitute for degree. Position is full-time, 37.5 hours/week.
