Mid-State Regional Transportation Coordinator -  Full-time position responsible for assisting the Mid-State Regional Coordinating Council (see midstatercc.org) with collaborative initiatives that enhance transportation options in the region.  Work with transit providers in the region to facilitate coordinated services, perform outreach activities to engage stakeholders and educate the public, serve as the liaison to state and local transit groups, assist with marketing and development activities and Data Collection Systems. Energy/Rehabilitation Building Analyst -  Full-time, exempt (37 1/2 hours/week) position in our Concord Office for the Housing and Energy Programs Department. Responsibilities include: performing field inspections and assessments of low-income residential properties; conducting required testing, recording the data and entering data into TREAT or other tool to determine cost-effectiveness of proposed conservation measures; generating detailed work order specifications for the contractors; conducting in-process and final inspections (with QCI certification) for quality control and client satisfaction; providing training and technical assistance to contractors. Must be experienced in residential building assessments and construction: plumbing or HVAC background a plus. Must have BPI Building Analyst certification and be able to obtain BPI QCI certification within 6 months, have a valid NH driving license, and be computer literate. Program Assistant II -  Full time position for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Requires energetic individual to implement program services including eligibility determination, record keeping, data entry and distribution of commodity foods in a busy clinic environment. Must be able to assist with performing health screenings including completing blood work. Excellent computer and clerical skills and enjoy working with a diverse population including women, infants, children and elderly. Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred or degree in related field plus coursework equivalent to an ECE major. Minimum of Associates Degree in ECE. Dental Assistant -  substitute 7.5 hours per day as needed for Concord WIC Office. Provides assistance to the Certified Public Health Dental Hygienist (CPHDH) in the provision of preventive and therapeutic dental services to WIC participants for the Pay for Prevention Program. Supports a variety of activities related to day to day Pay for Prevention program activities including assisting the CPHDH by providing patient follow-up and collaborating on care coordination services. At a minimum, must be a high school graduate with completion of accredited course in dental assisting required. Must have comprehensive knowledge of dental assisting techniques and procedures. Computer literacy skills required for use of electronic medical records. Must be able to work collaboratively with a health care team in the WIC Program, have the ability to effectively communicate with young children, families, and community service providers.
