Neighbor Helping Neighbor Program
For households that are not eligible for the Fuel Assistance Program but have experienced a hardship and have a utility shut off, applications can be done at local CAP offices.
Grants up to $300 may be available to those qualifying households once in a 24 month period that will be applied toward utility bills. Those households with a member over 60 years old need not have a shut off notice to apply.
