http://www.walknh.org/fhc/initiatives/walknh/  Walk New Hampshire is a program designed to promote walking in Hew Hampshire.  The goal is to engage children and adults in walking and raise awareness of walking as a part of a healthy lifestyle.

Each person who participates will receive a log to record the number of miles they walk.  Each individual who participates and reaches their chosen goal will receive an 'I walked NH' patch and a certificate singed by Governor John Lynch and Dr. Susan Lynch.

New Hampshire Food Stamp Program   http://www.dhhs.state.nh.us/DHHS/FOODSTAMPAS/default.htm   The Food Stamp Program us about good nutrition and health.  It provides eligible individuals and households with benefits used to purchase food items at a grocery store, supermarket or other participating food retailer.  The Food Stamp Program ensures that all recipients have an opportunity to learn more about purchasing and preparing nutritious meals.

Eligibility for Food Stamp benefits depends on household size, income, expenses and resources.
