In addition to HUD properties, CAP partnered with a private sector developer to bring 77 units of affordable housing for the elderly to Concord, NH through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

In addition to independent apartment living, residents may participate in an array of recreational and educational activities, a midday meal served Monday through Friday and VNA Senior Health Clinics twice a month.  A Director of Senior Services is available to help coordinate support services.
