Home Investment Partnership Program

HOME Investment Partnership Program, in cooperation with the NH Housing Finance Authority, makes funds available for qualified, income-eligible homeowners to help them improve their homes as well as their communities.

Owners of single family property, who are in the income range may qualify to participate in the HOME program. These are zero interest, deferred payment loans used to

• repair major systems (heating, plumbing, electrical) 
• repair structural deficiencies (roofs, ceilings, cellars, etc.)
• fund other repairs (must meet HUD Minimum Property Standards).
