From I-93: Take Exit 14 Loudon Road/Bridge Street.
 If northbound turn right off the exit onto Loudon Road.
 If southbound turn left off the exit onto Loudon Road.
Continue straight until you reach a light with the Pizza Hut on the corner.  Make this right onto Canterbury Road.  Go to stop sign.  Make a left onto Pembroke Road.  Go one mile, make a right onto Industrial Park Drive.  The CAP office is on the comer of Pembroke and Industrial Park Drive.     

From I-89: Go southbound until you connect with I-93.  Go North on I-93 and follow   directions above.

From the Seacoast: Take Route 4 West to I-393.  Take the Route 106 exit.  At end of ramp, make a left to go south on Rt. 106.  Go to the fifth set of lights (just after Perry Monument on right) and turn right on Pembroke Road.  Make your first left onto Industrial Park Drive.  The CAP office is on the comer of Pembroke Road and Industrial Park Drive.
