Deputy Director - This position is responsible for ensuring implementation of the Agency’s business and human resource management, providing program guidance, supervising staff, writing grant proposals and reports, communicating with stakeholders, community members, and providing financial management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Required five to ten years of experience in personnel management, resource development, financial and budgeting aspects, and current management practices. Non-profit experience preferred. Administrative Assistant - Regular, part-time (29 hours per week) position for the Franklin Area Center. Responsible for answering the phone, information and referral to appropriate agency and outside resources to meet needs, setup appointments for programs processed in the Area Center and send letters. Review for accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and documentation submitted for applications, assist with food pantry donations and distributions. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Assist with reports and spreadsheets needed for Area Center activity. Strong communication/customer service skills, computer knowledge of Windows based software and ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision. High school graduate. Own reliable transportation with personal insurance coverage of $100,000-$300,000 is required. Salary range $10.60 to $12.20 per hour with partial benefits. Position will remain open until filled. Community Education Coordinator -  Dynamic and energetic person to oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive community education plan and activities for the Family Planning Program. Responsible for the coordination of outreach and program development of community education activities and oversee the recruitment of the Laconia RESPECT Teen Clinic peer educator. Will also provide day-to-day clinic site coverage as needed. Must have previous experience working with teens and program administration, and have a minimum of a BA or BS in education. Driver - Concord Area Transit has an opening for a full-time driver for demand response and city bus routes. This is for both am and pm shifts. Excellent benefit package including annual and sick leave, medical and dental/vision, and 403B retirement plan. Position requires a CDL-B with passenger and air brake endorsements. Housing Project Manager - Full-time position responsible for the onsite and centralized management, compliance, administrative and daily operation of independent living elderly housing developments managed by Community Action Program. Individual must be efficient, detail oriented, accurate, self-motivated, a team player and effective communicator. Requirements: Associates Degree in business or human/social services and/or a minimum of three years' experience in housing management field, knowledge of local, state and federal housing policies and regulations. Knowledge/experience with HUD compliance and FHEO procedures. Knowledge of RealPage OneSite Software Program a plus but will train. Within a period of one year, obtain designation as a Certified Occupancy Specialist. Computer literacy and knowledge required. Excellent benefits. Travel required. Regular Meals On Wheels Drivers For Suncook Area: - Based out of the Suncook Senior Center. Deliver mid-day meals to homebound elderly. Must be friendly and reliable. Requires own transportation and vehicle insurance. Route miles reimbursed. These positions are flexible – would consider hiring two drivers to work 5 days/week or several drivers to work 2-3 days/week. Approximately 3 ½ hours a day - $9.22 an hour. Regular & Substitute Meals On Wheels Drivers For Bradford Area - Based out of Mountain View Senior Center in Bradford. Deliver mid-day meals to homebound older adults. Must be friendly and reliable. Requires own transportation and vehicle insurance. Subs deliver when regular drivers are unavailable and must be available on short notice. Route miles reimbursed. Monday-Friday approximately 3 ½ hours a day. Would consider hiring two drivers to work 5 days/week or several drivers to work 2-3 days/week. Part-Time Food Service Assistant - This position is to assist the manager of the TRIP Senior Center in Franklin with day-to-day operations of food services at the center including the Congregate Dining and Meals on Wheels Programs. Position also requires providing direction and scheduling for food service volunteers in the kitchen and dining room. Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma; strong organizational skills; light clerical skills; ability to lift 50lbs; positive attitude; and the ability to work cooperatively with a team. Program Assistant for WIC/CSFP Program - 3 days, 22.5 hours per week position for the Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Requires energetic individual to implement program services including eligibility determination, record keeping, data entry, and distribution of commodity foods in a busy clinic environment. Will assist with completion of health screenings including blood work. Must have excellent computer and clerical skills and enjoy working with a diverse population including women, infants, children and elderly.
