Part-Time Kitchen Assistant For Laconia Senior Center - Monday- Friday, 20 hours per week. Hours will be approximately 8:30am- 12:30pm. Help serve mid-day community dining meal to seniors and perform other kitchen duties, including clean-up. Rate is $9.01/hr.

Senior Companion Program Manager -  Position entails oversight and management of the Senior Companion Program where active volunteers provide in home services for frail elders. Diverse managerial responsibilities of statewide program includes supervising staff and volunteers, building relationships with community organizations, grant writing, executing a volunteer recruitment plan and public relations plan. Oversight of recruitment, placement and training of Senior Companion volunteers. Part of a management team within Elder Services. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years experience in the field of aging (preferably with volunteer management), strong public relations skills and knowledge of elder services. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, completion of the Practice-Based Coaching Training Institute within 30 days of hire, prior experience with the Head Start program and knowledge of the Head Start Performance Standards.
