The agency completes a Community Needs Assessment every three years in order to help us serve the needs of our community and program participants. We reach out to program participants, community partners, and staff to help us identify the needs in our area. The agency uses this information to develop a strategic plan for the upcoming three years. This provides us with a plan to meet these needs when possible or partner with community agencies to help us serve the people in need in our service area.
